FESTIVAL RULES

1) Professional audio and video recording devices, non-prescription drugs, open packages of cigarettes and tobacco, all kinds of food and beverages, glass, plastic bottles, cans, all kinds of flammable and combustible objects (deodorant, perfume, insecticide, etc.), weapons, cutting and piercing materials, laser pointers will not be allowed into the event area. In addition, folding chairs or umbrellas may not be allowed in by security if the area is not available.

2) It is strictly forbidden to light a fire in the event area.

3) There is a first aid tent and ambulance in the event area that will be available for the duration of the event.

4) Prescription medications that participants need to use will be collected with a report at the entrance to the event and will be delivered to the first aid tent. If necessary, medications can be obtained from there.

5) Situations that occur outside the event area are not the responsibility and authority of the organizing company and event security. Participants are advised not to leave the area unless necessary for their safety.

6) The sale of alcoholic beverages and cigarettes to minors under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited in the event area. Since it is also a crime for our adult participants to buy or offer alcoholic beverages or cigarettes to those under the age of 18, those detected will be removed from the festival area.

7) In events where there is no age limit of 18, participants under the age of 18 will be given a (-18) wristband. Participants under the age of 18 who are found not to have this wristband or who damage the wristband will be removed from the area.

8) In events with camping, participants under the age of 18 are prohibited from entering the camping area without their parents.

9) Tickets and QR codes sent to event participants via SMS are personal and single-use.

10) Purchased tickets cannot be returned or changed. Loss or theft of the ticket is the responsibility of the recipient. It is not possible to replace a stolen or lost ticket with a new one or refund the money.

11) Event tickets must only be purchased from official sales points determined by the organizing company. The organizing company is not responsible if tickets not purchased from official sales points turn out to be fake.​

12) All participants must have their IDs and tickets with them at the entrance and throughout the event and present them when requested.

13) Participants are deemed to have accepted all security measures, including body and bag searches, determined by the organizer and security team. Participants who do not comply will have their right to enter the area revoked and their tickets will not be refunded.

14) The organizer company has the right not to allow anyone it deems unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket fee is refunded. Participants are given wristbands according to the type of ticket they purchased. Wristbands allow participants to enter and exit the event area.

15) Participants must not remove their wristbands during the event. Wristbands that are torn, removed, torn, glued or deformed cannot be entered.

16) Those who are not wearing wristbands in the event area or are detected to be wearing deformed wristbands will be removed from the event area and will not be allowed into the event.

17) Participants who enter the event area are requested to exit the area before 10:00pm. Otherwise, their wristbands will be removed and their tickets will be canceled. If these participants want to re-enter the event, they must purchase new tickets.

18) Event tickets cannot be used for commercial or promotional purposes without the permission of the organizing company. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to conduct any commercial or promotional activities in the festival area without the permission of the organizing company.

19) The organizing company has the right to make changes to the event program. Possible changes to the program do not constitute a reason for a full or partial refund of the event ticket.

20) Participants cannot quote from the image and/or sound recordings of the concerts, cannot record visual and/or audio recordings containing the images of these concerts and artists, cannot record them on sound and image carriers and/or phonograms and reproduce, publish and distribute them to the public, and cannot be broadcast on TV channels, on the internet or through GSM operators.​

21) The organizer company is not responsible for stolen or lost items. Participants are kindly requested not to bring their valuables to the event area.

22) Items found in the event area are left at the management office and if the owner cannot be found, they are delivered to the nearest police station with a report at the end of the event.

23) Video and audio recordings will be made by the organizer company throughout the event. Everyone who purchases a ticket is deemed to have accepted being recorded.

24) Mobile WCs to be set up in the event area will provide free service. Their maintenance and cleaning will be done by the relevant company. Our participants must use the WCs by paying attention to the warnings inside the cabins. Otherwise, problems that may occur may prevent the use of the WCs temporarily.

25) There will be a variety of food and beverage stands approved by the Ministry and regularly inspected in the event area to meet everyone's needs. We recommend that you do not buy food and beverages from street vendors outside the event area, considering the possibility of poisoning.

26) All GSM operators increase their coverage by installing mobile base stations in the area. Connection problems that may occur in the festival area are the responsibility of the GSM operators.

27) Sound and light systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing and temporary eye disorders.

28) Light effects and visuals that may not be suitable for epilepsy patients may be used during the event.​


29) In camping events, camp staff will decide where participants who purchase camping tickets can set up tents.

30) In camping events, staff on duty will not allow unnecessary use of space in the camping area during tent setups, considering the tent dimensions and the number of people.

31) Vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, trailers, caravans, bicycles, scooters, etc. are not allowed in the festival and camping area.

32) In camping events, accommodation outside the designated camping area is strictly prohibited.

33) In camping events, staff on duty will not allow unnecessary use of space in the camping area during tent setups, considering the tent dimensions and the number of people.

34) We organize all our events so that our participants can have fun freely in a safe environment. However, freedom does not mean disturbing others. Please refrain from excessive behavior. Participants who continue to behave excessively despite warnings will be removed from the event area.
